Product Introduction 
Film Origin Biaxial Stretcher is composed of clamping components, stretching components, stretching mechanism moving components, hot oven components, pneumatic air curtain components and electrical control system. It can perform stretching tests on film samples of a certain size according to the required stretching ratio within a suitable temperature and time. The equipment adopts a mechanical automatic fixture with large clamping force and no clamp detachment. It does not require high-pressure nitrogen, has no air leakage problem, and is more convenient to maintain. The frame design abandons the traditional mobile frame, greatly reducing the equipment volume, which is especially suitable for R&D laboratories of universities and enterprises.

Driven by high-performance servo motors in both directions, providing high torque and stable output. Equipped with multiple PID temperature control points for high precision, ensuring uniform heating of the sample. 
 
● Data-oriented Engineering Instrument 
The equipment is a data-oriented engineering instrument with good repeatability and accurate data. The data obtained from tests can be used by researchers for in-depth analysis.
