● High-Precision Sensing and Testing:
Utilizes internationally renowned GEFRAN melt pressure sensors, paired with high-performance servo motors, ensuring high accuracy in pressure and torque data acquisition, stable speed, and a wide speed range.
 
● Multifunctional Modular Design: 
a.Standard capillary die allows for testing apparent viscosity curves. 
b.Different aspect ratio capillary dies can be used. 
c.Optional narrow-slit dies can be used to test rheological curves under special flow fields.
d.Optional laser diameter gauge automatically records extrudate diameter in real time, enabling precise study of extrusion swell behavior.
 
● High Integration:
Integrates an automatic weighing unit with a high-precision electronic scale, accurately measuring extrudate mass and transmitting data in real time to the control system for calculation, improving testing efficiency and accuracy.
 
● Intelligent and Convenient: 
Self-developed dedicated software with a user-friendly interface, providing real-time display of test curves and data storage; Siemens PLC control with an ergonomic design for simple and easy operation.
