Product Introduction 
5X Biaxial Stretcher consists of clamping components, stretching components, stretching mechanism moving components, a heating oven assembly, an air knife assembly, and an electrical control system. The film biaxial stretcher can stretch film samples of a certain size according to the required stretch ratio at a suitable temperature and within a set time. The data obtained from the test can be used by researchers for analysis. The film biaxial stretcher developed by Potop is a data-oriented engineering instrument with good repeatability and accurate data. It can be operated offline, equivalent to a production line, improving experimental efficiency and shortening product R&D cycles.

● Multiple Stretching Modes
Flexible and Adjustable Supports various stretching modes such as simultaneous biaxial, sequential biaxial, unconstrained uniaxial, and constrained uniaxial. The stretching speed is adjustable from 0-300 mm/s to meet different R&D requirements. 
 
● Precise Drive and Control 
Driven by high-performance servo motors in both directions, providing high torque and stable output. Equipped with multiple PID temperature control points for high precision, ensuring uniform heating of the sample.
 
● Flexible Clamping Options 
Optional pneumatic clamps or mechanical self-locking clamps are available. They grip the film tightly, are wear-resistant, and ensure even force distribution during stretching, guaranteeing film stretching quality. 
 
● Dual Oven Design, Complete Process 
Equipped with dual ovens for the stretching zone and the heat setting zone, enabling a continuous stretching and setting process with a temperature control accuracy of approximately ±3°C.
