PVDF Extrusion Casting Machine with Machine Direction Orientation
I.Introduction 
PVDF Extrusion Casting Machine with MDO mainly consists of 1 small precision single-screw extruder, 1 screen changer, 1 melt pump, 1 casting die, 1 small precision casting unit, 1 single-point MDO unit, and 1 haul-off & winding unit. It can realize online extrusion, casting, stretching, edge trimming, and winding in one continuous process.
 
 
II. Material Application
PVDF (Polyvinylidene Fluoride) is an excellent polymer material. Its film products are widely used in photovoltaic backsheets, industrial wastewater treatment, and other fields due to outstanding mechanical strength and chemical stability (pH 2–12).

III.Experimental Results and Performance Improvement 
Film Structure and Crystal Phase Control 
By precisely controlling the stretching temperature and ratio, the equipment effectively promotes the transformation of PVDF from the α-phase to the β-phase. Meanwhile, blended modifiers (such as GO/metal nanoparticles) are uniformly dispersed in the film, resulting in a denser film structure and controllable pore channels. This significantly improves permeability and corrosion resistance, providing a reliable foundation for the R&D of homogeneously blended PVDF ultrafiltration membranes, PVDF/PTFE composite membranes, and similar products.
 
 
Mechanical and Separation Performance
After blending modification, the anti-fouling performance of the film is greatly enhanced. Its water flux and rejection rate meet the application requirements for reclaimed water reuse and special separation scenarios, effectively expanding the application scope of PVDF membranes.
